The moment of calm in a day.
For some calm happens before the days stress begins, and for others it is in the in-between or even after. No matter when this moment happens it is a slice of time just for you and for your thoughts.
You alone with you.
For me this is when I make my morning coffee. This is where I gather my thoughts for the day which lies ahead and I allow myself to think about nothing end everything.
We all need a time for ourselves to think about the good, the bad and to practice gratefulness.
